Superbowl Sunday is upon us and with that comes lots of unhealthy snacks during the big game. The Superbowl is even deemed as the second biggest eating day of the year. Coat your cauliflower with your choice of oil or egg wash, lightly dress with panko bread crumbs, toss in buffalo sauce (or any of your favorite sauces) and roast in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on them and mix occasionally, cook time may vary based on your oven.
