Superbowl Sunday is upon us and with that comes lots of unhealthy snacks during the big game. The Superbowl is even deemed as the second biggest eating day of the year. That’s why we’re here to help you cook up some healthy superfood alternatives everyone will love! Here’s a small collection of recipes we love that are so easy to make.

  1. Buffalo Cauliflower - This recipe is even easier to make than your standard buffalo wings and truly taste just as good, if not better! Coat your cauliflower with your choice of oil or egg wash, lightly dress with panko bread crumbs, toss in buffalo sauce (or any of your favorite sauces) and roast in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on them and mix occasionally, cook time may vary based on your oven.

  3. Quinoa & Black Bean Salad - Cook up a cup of quinoa, add in a cup of black beans, a cup of corn, a cup of diced onion, a cup of chopped up tomatoes, and one half of an avocado cubed. Season with pepper, a pinch of salt, a handful of cilantro, & your favorite dressing. You can make your own dressing (one tablespoon of: olive oil, dijon mustard, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, ACV, a bit of paprika + pepper)

  4. Brussel Sprout Tacos + Spicy Peanut Sauce - Honestly, what’s not to love about this one. You can customize this recipe with your favorite toppings and make ground turkey for your meat lovers, or ground tofu for vegetarians to add in as well!
